"Kontinuirlicher Resonatoren-Apparat". Leather case containing 4 brass tube instruments - resonators for producing fixed high pitch tones. For studying hearing ranges. Tubes have paterna all over body, with a thinner tube at one end and ridged soded open end at the other (Look very similar to syringe). Case is lined with purple velvet, which is coming loose from lid. Also in box is a small turned wooden handle with hardened rubber tube attached, with copper wire wrapped around to hold it together. Unsure if this is related as it is loose. Also contains manufacturer's sheet "Kontinuirlicher Resonatoren-Apparat nach Prof. Dr. Karl L. Schaefer". Plus 2 other pieces of paper - one with German text; one with audiogram. Latch loop missing from case lid. Handle present.
