Bead; barrel-shaped; brown concretionary stone. According to the excavators Caton-Thompson and Gardner (see publication) a natural cavity in the stone has been extended to make the perforation. From Fayum Kom W, strip N at latitude/longitude 135/16 (or, as in publication apparently, 135/15).
