Hinged wooden box with brass fittings. Five stainless steel parts of the instrument inside box, with two plaques on the inside of the case lid. One plaque gives instructions, the other shows how to store the instrument. Cables and lid of small box missing.
Hinged wooden box with brass fittings. Five stainless steel parts of the instrument inside box, with two plaques on the inside of the case lid. One plaque gives instructions, the other shows how to store the instrument. Cables and lid of small box missing. Light coloured wooden box, two brass hinges on one side and two hooks on the other. On lid of box is a piece of white paper with writing. Middle of lid is a blue piece of tape with white raised writing. On the right hand side (as facing lid) is another blue label with white writing, and on the opposite side two black pieces of tape with raised writing. Inside the lids box are two white plaques. One in the middle has a picture of the contents of the box. The other has writing (see modern label / mark). The contents of the box consists of 4 long silver coloured metal instrument pieces, and two metal end parts. Two metal parts have a rounded, pointed end which are designed to go inside the two wider open ended tubes, with measurements on the side.
