Description
Gold amulet, very fine; cylinder with gold casing on copper core; 3600 small globules of gold soldered on to casing to form a series of triangles; loop on one end for suspension. Hollow interior, in which conservation revealed three copper wire balls (one in pieces) and organic material, now stored separately in capsule. One of the earliest and finest examples of granulation.
