Description
Limestone stela, round-topped, with at top two wedjat eye either side of circular sign; then three horizontal lines of hieroglyphs giving offering formula on behalf of the 'mouth of Nekhen' official, Ibia and his mother Ti; then in central register, depiction of man and woman standing either side of an offering table, the couple on left presumably the persons named in the offering formula, with hieroglyphs at centre giving name of man on right as '[mouth] of Nekhen Ramose', name of woman on right given in hieroglyphs between them, ending perhaps -aba. Lower register, depiction of woman before a man standing to the left facing two columns of hieroglyphs reading 'it is his brother who makes [his] name live [...], and her name 'his sister of his mother Ibia', and hieroglyphs between the figures giving name of man at left 'his father Seneberau'. In extremely poor condition, discoloured dark and flaking.
