Description
Small limestone stele showing in upper register King Thutmes III on the right, facing left, offering to Amun-Ra enthroned on the left, remains of red and white colouring; and in lower register two-and-a-half horizontal lines of hieroglyphic inscription with mention of the land of Nahryn (Mesopotamia, modern Iraq and east Syria). Top right-hand corner repaired with plaster due to salt damage.
Presumably purchsed at Luxor by Petrie
