Description
Fragment of painted linen cartonnage showing a winged goddess, presubably Isis, with sun-disc on her head., On the left and below are parts of a column and a line of inscription. The piece probably joins the top of UC.16022 which was published in Graefe E. Untersuchungen zur Verwaltung Gottesgemahlin des Amun I, 229f., Taf,25a,11,II,108. The ower of the latter was Nespautitawy, son of Nespakashuty, both officials of the divine votaress of Amun. Colours: background orange, details light green (skin of goddess), blue, yellow, red.
