Letter is from a man named Neni who is writing to remind his superior Iyib, to deal promptly and favourably with the estate of Wah (UC32058). The sense of urgency expressed in the letter might have been linked to the possible imminent death of Wah.

From Neni.
I, the Servant of the Estate Neni says to the Stewart Iyib—life, prosperity and health!—the following:
This is a communication to the lord—life, prosperity and health!—that all his affairs are completely safe and sound as much as I desire, and thanks to the favour of the god Sopdu, lord of the East, together with his assembly of gods and all the gods.
This is a communication to the lord—life, prosperity and health!—about paying due attention to the estate of Wah in accordance with what I have informed you. May you act favorably, as you always do. Look, the Overseer of the Temple Teti told me: ‘I have informed him about it as well’. May it be done accordingly so that the spirit of the lord will bless you.
