Description
Metal membrane manometer: consists of five parts. In hinged wooden box lined with blue cotton material. With note.
Base of box is loose / damaged. Golden brass and silver appearance steel. The parts consist of - large body with brass handle with steel valve and handle at top. - brass ring with red inner part (loose). - larger brass ring with valve attachment. - steel instrument part, includes a needle which springs back into place when moved. - silver thin rod, slightly curved with one end flat. - smaller silver rod, with cuts and holes at each end.
NOTE - this does not appear in any of the photos and was not mentioned in previous work. The base of the box has moulded areas for teh object, however one is empty, and the steel instrument part does not appear to fit any of them. Is this the right box? Note in box gives detailed object history.
