Plaster death mask of Dr. Schön. Part of Robert Noel's Casts of Intellectuals series. Cast of a man's head and neck with a partial collar. The cast is on a round base inscribed with the number 10. The eyes and mouth are closed and there is noticable wrinking or irregularity on the right eyelid. Full head of hair parted on the left, with sideburns. There are chips on the left cheek, the right side of the chin and the nose. Schön died 1844, he was a physician.
