Black voltmeter in wooden box. Half lid of box opens to show semi-circular face of voltmeter and 4 knobs. Front of box slides out when lid raised to reveal dial and knobs. Instructions on inside lid, screwed in place. Top of box has fittings for handle, but handle missing and only a few scraps of leather remain. On largeest side (other side from opening) are 4 small feet, two of which are missing. Plaque, hinges and circular fitting on opposite side. One of the hinges is loose.
