A device for measuring gas-volume based on the principle of an internal paddle wheel that collected the gas, floated in water and turned a pointer. Circular face with openable glass door. Main scale/ dial 0-200. 4 smaller circular scales/ dials inside large one 0-10 Large black metal cylinder, decorated with bronze-coloured concentric squares. Sits on four adjustable bolts. On back is large metal block with bolt attachment and three valve attachments. On top is hole with brass screw cap and a gauge. On the front is a large enamel face rimmed in brass with large outer dial numbered 0-200 and four smaller dials numbered 0-10. All dials have brass hands. Face protected by hinged glass door edged in brass with a metal catch.
