Cream linen knee-length underpants worn by Jeremy Bentham's Auto-Icon. Hand stitched with white silk thread. Front-opening with two-button closure at waistband. Eyelets and tape at back of waistband to adjust fit. Labels sewn to inside with handwritten text in black ink. Cut in the seat to allow the Auto-Icon to be bolted to the chair.
