Finished model for left-hand side of monument only. Upright rectangular panel with a narrow plinth, on which stand in high relief, Hindu and Muslim figures, turned to right, the latter reading a book (W&G 27). Model for the left side of the monument to Josiah Webbe in St Mary's Church, Fort St George of Madras. Webbe was Chief Secretary to the Government of Madras, Resident at Mysore 1803, and at Scinde 1804.
