Human Egyptian brain (identified as such by Professor D. James, Department of Anatomy, UCL 1965). Dark brown in colour, waxy to touch. External brain structure intact, but cerebellum is missing. Medulla cut clearly across. Preservation agent is possibly Adipocere (Grave wax).
