Shield made of wicker, woven and bound.
Oval shield, made of wicker. The weaving in separated into three distinct different sections (sided panels are repeated twice - ie: on both sides). The centre comprises large linear fibres, horizontal with smaller pieces of wicker binding the pieces together. There are small sections of both edges of the centre comprising vertically situation wicker, small and intricate. The outer sections of wicker weaving are curved in shape, of medium sized fibres.
