Gold mourning ring with profile cameo of Bentham with gold hair and dark brown/black face on a white background, inscriptions engraved inside the ring, inside the ring there is a lock of Bentham's hair which is covered by clear glass. Smudge of ink (?) on inside of ring, partly covering the word 'died' and all of '6'.
Inside - "Born 4/15 Feb. 1747 & died 6 June 1832 in his 85 year. Jeremy Bentham Hair & profile."
