Very coarse linen with all-over pattern woven in red, and blue wool; remains of a finer insert in red and yellow. In frame giving provenance Illahun. Label on back of frame states "given by Mr. Leonard Lote, author of The Fisher (Fishes) of the Nile." Framed in Oxford, according to pencilled note in old register.
