Limestone stele of Mentuhotep, son of Hepy, governor of Armant, with raised relief image of Mentuhotep at left, standing, facing right, holding staff, and hieroglyphic inscription incised in horizontal lines at right, including mention of deficient Nile flood in year 25, by style of figure in reign of Senusret I (year 25 famine mentioned also in Beni Hasan). Purchased by Petrie at Luxor, originally in several pieces, plaster repair (by Petrie?), since soaked and repaired.
