Strip of papyrus torn from a sheet of accounts for re-use as a memorandum with four lines in black, in large, thick, clear hieratic signs, referring to stores, dated to year 44 (of Amenemhat III), verso blank except for a black dash. Partly shredded at right end (not so in publication photograph) with insect-holes. Petrie lot no VI.22.
