Roughly square limestone stela with rounded corners, inscribed in hieroglyphs and with depiction of woman Tames (?) standing to the left burning incense and pouring libation to a man, Tetisheri, standing right, facing left, in front of a woman Aametju standing before a man Adj; all three figures on right smelling lotus flowers. At bottom, one-and-half lines of inscription "offering [given by the king] to Osiris lord of Djedu for the ka of Tetisheri son of [...] Tames". Squared corners cut through inscriptions, so presumably from recutting in reuse of stone or squaring for sale (?).
