Mounted photograph of the unveiling of the plaque for Christopher Ingold Laboratories, revealed by Hilda Ingold and Sir Ronald Sydney Nyholm. The photograph depicts Nyholm and H. Ingold, full length standing, H. Ingold on the right and Nyholm on the left, both looking towards the plaque, centre. The plaque records that C. Ingold opened the laboratories in 1970.
The image is mounted on off-white card, and signed at the bottom "F.E. Ambrose", probably the photographer. There are handwritten labels on the reverse identifying the people in the photograph.
