Hieratic household namelist (wpwt) of Hori (deceased, son of Djehuty)'s son Snefru, in black with two red checkmarks in right margin, in thick, large cursive signs. This legal document lists three generations of the family: Snefru, his grandmother, his mother and his aunts. A single sheet torn into two halves along central fold, with prominent fold break down the vertical fibres, and some insect-holes. Found with UC32164 and UC32165 according to Griffith (see reference) who notes unplaced fragments from all three documents (none in this frame by comparison with published photograph, which shows one blank square fragments at lower left of upper half, now missing).
