No manufacturer recorded. Comparison between the frames of this and the UnAcc 110 device suggests that this is a cruder, possibly more experimental home-made device.
Smoked paper would have been wrapped around the drum which woudl revolve, allowing a stylus (or similer) to mark the paper, creating a record of certain stimulious - probably blood pressure but heart beat and other muscular activity could also be recorded.
